At LOVELYPET , we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you do not encounter any surprises when you receive our products.

We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

 

Order Cancellation Policy:

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders that are placed on our site.

Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at lovelypet131@gmail.com as soon as possible.

A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us within this time frame, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No request to cancel your order can be taken into account if it has already been processed.

 

Address error:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us promptly to specify any changes. This can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses...).

In these latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not systematically.

If your order is returned to sender, we will offer you a refund of your order less shipping costs or we will offer you a reshipment, whichever you prefer.

You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

 

Return policy :

We accept returns* for any reason!

Whether you are unsatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 14 days from the moment you receive your products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this return form .

Sign it and then send it with your package to the address we will give you when you write to our support.

The shipping costs for returning the package are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policy:

Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days and then shipped for free!

During busy periods it may take longer, thank you for your understanding.

Delivery times are between 4 and 12 working days.

Procedure in case of non-receipt of package

- Initial Verification: Please check around your home, with your neighbors or the reception of your building, if applicable, to ensure that the package has not been left in a safe place or received by another person in your absence.

- Declaration on Honor: If after verification, the package remains untraceable, we will ask you to complete a declaration on honor confirming that you have not received the package. This step is necessary to carry out a thorough investigation with our delivery services and to secure the claim process.

- Submission Procedure: The declaration of honour form can be downloaded directly from our site. Once completed, it must be signed and accompanied by a copy of your identity document. These documents can be sent to us via a secure upload link available on our site or directly by email to lovelypet131@gmail.com

- Processing Your File: Upon receipt of your sworn statement and supporting documents, our team will process your file as soon as possible and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation. Depending on the results of the investigation, solutions such as a refund, resending the package, or another form of compensation may be considered.

Due to increased demand for our products, our small company has had to expand our production facilities, and currently, some of our products can be shipped directly from China. We would like to assure you that despite this change in our production line, the quality of our products remains our top priority and is given special attention to meet your expectations.
